Terms of Service

By engaging with Pluto Cloud Computing LLC, clients agree to the following:

• Services will be delivered in accordance with the agreed Statement of Work (SOW).
• All intellectual property produced during services remains the property of Pluto Cloud Computing LLC unless otherwise stated.
• Payment terms are net-30 unless agreed otherwise.
• Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Maryland law.
• Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice per contract terms.
